Welcome to MG777 (referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions as "MG777", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). MG777 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform operated at the domain mg777.cam and targeting users located in Pakistan.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and MG777. They govern all access to and use of the MG777 website, including all content, features, tools, information, promotions and services made available through the platform.

By accessing or using any part of the MG777 platform — including browsing informational content, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are a Prohibited User under Section 4, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the MG777 platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the MG777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with the Operator. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

To register and maintain an account on MG777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any applicable self-exclusion scheme that covers the MG777 platform.

MG777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be verified to the Operator's satisfaction.

Each User may register only one account on the MG777 platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid password. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

5.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time that the Operator deems appropriate for anti-money laundering (AML) controls or identity verification purposes, MG777 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. Documents commonly requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document, such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (where required by the Operator);
• A real-time selfie or liveness check to confirm you are the legitimate holder of the submitted identity document;
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits, where required for AML compliance.

MG777 expressly prohibits the submission of altered, falsified, cropped or otherwise tampered identity documents. Doing so constitutes fraud, may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. MG777 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where the option is available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Notify MG777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

MG777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any wager, deposit, withdrawal or account modification carried out using your login credentials is presumed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified MG777 of a suspected breach prior to such activity.

All deposits made to your MG777 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The Operator reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.

MG777 references several payment methods that are commonly used in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for informational context only. Users are advised to verify the following in the cashier before initiating a deposit:

Any winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the applicable maximum cash-out cap specified in the relevant promotional terms will be removed at the time of withdrawal. Users are advised to check the maximum cash-out limits before claiming any promotional offer.

MG777 may offer promotional bonuses to registered users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the applicable offer. By claiming any promotional offer, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses typically carry a wagering or rollover requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). For illustration, a PKR 5,000 bonus at 30x requires PKR 150,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. Actual requirements are set by the Operator for each specific promotion.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum per-stake limit applies (typically around PKR 1,000 per wager or round). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at reduced rates or may be excluded entirely. Check the applicable contribution table for each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the activation period, or where wagering requirements are not met within the validity window specified in the promotional terms, will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawable cap (e.g., PKR 25,000). Excess amounts will be removed from the account at the point of withdrawal.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: A minimum deposit threshold (e.g., PKR 1,000) is typically required for a bonus to be triggered. Deposits below this threshold will not qualify for the associated promotional offer.

MG777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, structured betting to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All bets and gaming sessions on MG777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the platform. In the event of any technical malfunction, connectivity failure or system error during a game or betting session, MG777 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the User's account.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all game categories and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. MG777 may, at its sole discretion, impose individual account-level stake restrictions where this is considered necessary for risk management purposes.

For sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral T20 series), football, UFC and other events — bets are subject to the settlement rules applicable to each market. Users are responsible for understanding the specific settlement rules before placing any wager. MG777 accepts no liability for bets placed based on a misunderstanding of the applicable market rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or gaming session, the Operator's records shall constitute the primary evidence of the transaction. Users may raise formal disputes through the support contact channels listed in Section 18 of these Terms.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the MG777 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name, a pseudonym or through a third party;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with MG777;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation or any other activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit pricing errors;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly authorised by MG777;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling controls, including creating a new account while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy or other technology to disguise your true location;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such issues must be reported to MG777 support immediately upon discovery.

MG777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The Platform provides access to the following self-regulation tools, subject to the Operator's current system configuration:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your account.

• The User is found to be a Prohibited User under Section 4;
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud or money laundering indicators are identified on the account;
• The Operator is required to take such action by applicable law or a regulatory or legal authority;
• The User has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms by the User, any remaining balance in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than User breach, any unencumbered real-money balance will be returned to the User through their verified payment method.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting MG777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed in accordance with the Operator's standard account closure procedure. Any active wagering requirements must be addressed prior to balance withdrawal on voluntary closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MG777 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether MG777 had been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of service, including where caused by technical failures, maintenance periods or events outside the Operator's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, completeness or currency of any informational or educational content published on the platform;
• Any loss arising from the User's failure to comply with applicable local laws in respect of online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit MG777's liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

All content published on the MG777 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and game content — is the property of MG777 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the MG777 platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any MG777 content without prior written consent;
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data-gathering tools in connection with the platform;
• Use the MG777 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without the Operator's written consent.

Any unauthorised use of MG777 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated or licenced, as applicable.

MG777 makes no representation that the platform or its services comply with the laws of any particular jurisdiction. Access to the MG777 platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited — including, potentially, under Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — is at the User's sole risk and responsibility.

MG777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the MG777 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
